Medical care has sadly taken a turn for the volume vs value mentality. Even when doctors want to spend time with their patients, it is simply too hard to do. When healthcare works as a fee-for-service, it pushes as many patients through as they can. Which leads to very minimal face time with your doctor.

Sabal Direct Primary Care is here to change all of that. With our DPC model, you’ll have more face time with your physician, build a relationship with the care providers, and be able to do all of that for a simple monthly fee.

Individual Pricing

There is a one-time Sign-Up Fee of $100 per member.
The maximum Sign-Up Fee for families is $200.

When you need to speak with your doctor or have a visit, you can expect little to no wait times. We offer same-day or next-day appointments to get you seen as soon as possible. We take time to get to know you as the patient and person you truly are. We want to build a relationship with you as your care provider to help you get to better health and wellness for the long term.
